The Grand Gathering “Iran, Zulfiqar of Ali” Held Across Iran
In Protest Against Israel’s Military Attack on Iran
The popular Ghadir celebration is held every year across Iran on the occasion of Eid al-Ghadir, in memory of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), the first Imam of the Shiites. This year, despite the Israeli regime’s military attack on Iran and the killing of a number of compatriots, especially in Tehran, people across the country participated massively in the event. Alongside commemorating Eid al-Ghadir, they also condemned Israel’s military aggression against Iran. The event was held under the slogan “Iran, Zulfiqar of Ali.”
